Pineapple & Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 small easy peel oranges
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar [to cut out some of the bitterness]
  • quarter of a cup of Orange and Pineapple quash
  • Handful of ice

Method

  • Cut up pineapple into smallish chunks.
  • Peel 3 small easy peel oranges.
  • Add in 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Pour in the orange and pineapple squash.
  • Add in the ice.
  • Blend! WHIZZ!
  • Once smooth and not lumpy pour and add some pineapple to edge of the glass for decoration.
  • Serve and ENJOY!

I am loving smoothies and the feeling of having a healthy drink full of vitamins as i know it’s doing me good and doing bump some good.

I am turning into such a foodie! so look out for some more yummy food posts! Some may be boring, some may be different or exciting.
